I heard from a recruiter today that he brought a company up form 14 people to 70+ in less than six months. The company he literally helped build asked him to reduce his fee for future placements. He simply answered, “NO.” “No” is a complete sentence. About 30-45 seconds went by and the client responded…… “Ok, well, we have 15 very urgent positions to fill, I’m sending you job descriptions.”
