Refunds are generally not available once services have been rendered. If you made a purchase but have not yet received any services, please reach out to us for assistance. For instance, if you purchased a professional package and have only received your resume, we can issue a refund for the services that have not yet been provided (e.g., cover letter or LinkedIn profile) if requested.

If you are unsatisfied with our services after they have been delivered, we encourage you to contact us. While refunds may not be possible for services already completed, we value your feedback and are committed to reviewing your order. In many cases, we can assign a different writer to assess your project and provide updates or improvements as needed.

60-Day Interview Guarantee

We are committed to your success! If you have not been invited to an interview after applying to at least 10 job positions within 60 days of completing your order, please contact us. This guarantee applies to clients who have purchased the Professional or Premium Packages. The guarantee provides additional services at no extra cost:

• 1 hour of consulting if you purchased the Professional Package
• 2 hours of consulting if you purchased the Premium Package
